"I initially came into the Alternative Health Center for pain in multiple joint areas and help with weight loss. After many fruitless attempts with weight loss, I felt hopeless about my weight. I had been told by medical doctors to lose the weight, but never had been given assistance or a means to be successful. I had tried Weight Watchers and other diets that often left me gaining more weight in the end. Upon my first visit to the Alternative Health Center, I knew that things would be different.
